Antoinlete Pennycooke, M.A., Q.S., LMHC

Antoinlete is the owner and clinical manager of Florida Mental Health & EAP Services (FMHEAP). Licensed by the Florida Department of Health as a Mental Health Counselor, she has approximately 15 years of clinical experience in treating both adults and children using a variety of counseling methods, including individual, family, and couples therapy. Antoinlete is also highly qualified in providing critical incident stress management (CISD) services for small businesses & large corporations. Particularly, Antoinlete has extensive experience addressing workplace crises such as armed robberies, employee death/suicide, and workplace shootings. She also provided support to the victims and first responders of the Orlando nightclub shooting, which occurred in June 2016.

Antoinlete also has extensive training in treating children and adults who are victims of sexual trauma/abuse, including harassment, rape, spousal abuse, molestation, incest, sex trafficking, and high-profile cases. She is also highly skilled and qualified to treat family problems (separation, divorce, blended, fostering), work-related difficulties, adult/childhood addiction, adult/child attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), self-harming behavior, suicidal thoughts, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, civilian/military post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief & loss, child behavioral problems, parenting challenges, physical/emotional/verbal abuse, life changes and adjustment disorders (i.e. new baby, blended/adoptive/foster families, moving, deployment). She is also trained and qualified to offer mental health counseling for veterans, active duty members, and such affected family members.
